Arik Levy’s CraterAir made by Zieta is another letter in the FiDU alphabet, unveiling further potential of our technology.
CraterAir is the most unique sculpture in Arik Levy’s body of work. It’s one of a kind character is due to the properties of FiDU. Until now Levy was in control of the parameters of his sculptures, to the smallest detail. With FiDU, he could only control key joining points of the geometry, while surfaces and the negative space were the result of free deformation, or ‘controlled loss of control’. This way we are able to mass produce complex forms like the CraterAir, while maintaining key geometry parameters but achieving one-of-a-kind results, always, every time.
