Consumers are entitled to a free of charge repair and may be entitled to a replacement, discount or refund by the seller, of defective goods or goods which do not conform with the contract of sale. Fill in the form here: Return form.

The warranty period is 2 years and begins on the day you receive the goods. We will consider a complaint within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery to Zieta Prozessdesign. This return policy applies only to goods within the warranty period and used, installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions for use, installation and maintenance. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from use of the product such as scuffs or scratches on the surface of the product or damage due to improper installation. Damage occurring during transport is also not covered by the warranty.

Raw lacquered steel products are designed to have an industrial look, so they may have some scratches or rust stains on the surface under the lacquer, and complaints in this respect will not be considered.
Changes to the surface of raw products are not under warranty. Raw products (such as raw steel, raw aluminium, the HEAT collection, or raw copper—without lacquer) are intended to age over time, and thus a change in appearance over time is a desired effect. Items made in the FiDU technology may have bends or waves on the surface or edges, making each item unique; therefore, these are considered part of the nature of all items made in FiDU and are not covered by the warranty.

If you need to return the goods, please inform us as soon as possible by email: shop@zieta.pl or via the “Return form” at zieta.pl/returns; otherwise the complaint will not be considered.
Upon receipt of a damaged parcel, the recipient should sign the damage report in the presence of the courier/supplier and take photos of the damage to the parcel. Then send us the pictures, the order number, and a description of the issue. If these guidelines are not followed, the complaint over delivery of goods damaged by the carrier will be rejected.

Prepare photos of the damaged/disputed areas of the product, photos of the original packaging (all sides), a description of the situation, the order number, and the proposed solution (exchange, repair, refund, discount).
04 Procedure for accepted warranty claim:
We can solve the case in several ways: exchange, repair, refund, discount.
If you choose a refund, the value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) will be credited to the Customer’s account as soon as the returned goods reach our warehouse and are checked and accepted. Before returning the product, please contact us by e-mail at shop@zieta.pl.
Once your warranty claim has been accepted, and the goods need to be returned, we will ask you to protect the product from further damage, repackage the product in its original packaging and protective cover, include proof of purchase and the completed return form, and return it to:

05 Procedure for declined warranty claim
If a warranty claim is rejected, we will inform you of the reasons and possible further steps. Remember that when buying online you have 14 days to return the goods without giving a reason.
