01 General terms
The following general conditions apply to these business relations between ZIETA PROZESSDESIGN SP. Z O.O., Moniuszki 29/2, Wrocław, Poland, tax no. NIP: 8982176666, statistical no. REGON: 021290237, KRS: 0000359777 (“Zieta”) and the Customer. Deviations from the terms of the contract by the Customer are not an integral part of the contract, even if they are known. The current and valid version of the terms and conditions is always available on our website www.zieta.pl.
These terms of sale come into force on 1 January 2011. Please read them carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms and conditions without notice. Changes will apply to all subsequent orders received. The revised terms and conditions are effective upon posting. We will process all personal data collected in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy regarding the use of our website.
02 Contract conclusion
The display of products in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. After entering the complete order data, you place a binding order for the products contained in your shopping basket by clicking the “Place Order” button. The contract of sale takes effect when we confirm the order or confirm delivery. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm the order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered in the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where erroneous information has been published about the product, including prices and promotions. The Customer does not have to be registered in order to make a purchase.
03 Prices and payment conditions
Before shipment of products, payment must be made in full by credit card or debit card, or bank transfer:

By default, the prices displayed in our online store include the VAT applicable in Poland (23%). The price does not include delivery charges or other customs duties. Delivery charges depend on the weight and size of the products ordered. When ordering goods from the zieta.pl store for international delivery, the Customer may be subject to import duties applicable in the Customer’s country, and Zieta is not responsible for any customs duties, special fees or taxes. A customer logged in from outside Poland and outside the European Union, or a customer from the European Union with a valid VATEU number, will see net prices, without tax. A customer who is not logged in will also see the net price at checkout when the customer enters a correct VATEU number or selects a country of delivery outside the European Union. A customer who buys products at the net price is obliged to correctly settle taxes in accordance with the customer’s own place of settlement.
Product prices may change at any time, but the changes will not affect contracts that have already entered into force. We will neither share, sell nor solicit contact details, especially confidential information. In the event of a delay in payment, Zieta is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect or is entitled to suspend delivery after 7 calendar days. The zieta.pl store will send a reminder of the incomplete payment before terminating the contract (transaction). The transaction is concluded when the payment is made together with the transport price. Zieta is not responsible for payments withheld by the Bank or the payment process.
The process of finalizing the purchase rests with the payment operator. Zieta does not in any way come into possession of confidential information used to finalize the transaction (such as CVC/CVV numbers, passwords, logins, etc).
04 Delivery information
Payment must be made after placing the order. We may withhold products or cancel the contract between us if we do not receive funds from you for the full price. The product will be shipped within two business days after receipt of payment, if the product is in stock, as indicated on the product tab on zieta.pl (“fast shipping available”). We make every effort to keep our online store as up-to-date as possible. If the ordered product is not in stock, then the average delivery time is 4 to 12 weeks from the date of posting (the maximum time may vary depending on the product, which is described on the product tab on zieta.pl). However, when ordering limited-series products, the production lead time may be 8 to 14 weeks. We will ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified in the Customer’s order. Delivery time within Europe is up to 8 days, outside Europe by air up to 11 days or by sea up to 8 weeks. Zieta is not responsible for the transport process performed by transport or forwarding companies. Zieta is not liable for damage caused during transport if the Customer did not report damage to the packaging upon receipt of the shipment.
A shipment undelivered for any reason will be held for pickup at the forwarder’s local depot (pickup-point) based on the rules of the transport or forwarding company. An uncollected order will be returned at the Customer’s cost.
05 Right of return
In the European Union, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of making the purchase (bank transfer) without explanation. For this purpose, please notify us by email: shop@zieta.pl or via the form zieta.pl/returns, providing the order number from the zieta.pl store.
In addition, if the product does not meet the Customer’s expectations, the Customer can inform us of return of the product and send it back within 14 days. This period begins at the earliest when the Customer receives the delivered goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The Customer has the right to return the goods provided that they have not been damaged and have not been used in any other way. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer is obliged to check the delivery status in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage, an appropriate protocol should be drawn up in order to carry out the next stages of the complaint, and photos should be taken (packaging on each side, photo of the subject matter and damage), attaching a description of the situation. Without this information, the complaint will be rejected.
The Customer has the right to return the goods provided that they have not been damaged and have not been used in any other way. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer is obliged to check the delivery status in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage, an appropriate protocol should be drawn up in order to carry out the next stages of the complaint, and photos should be taken (packaging on each side, photo of the subject matter and damage), attaching a description of the situation. Without this information, the complaint will be rejected.
In order to avoid potential damage during return, the Customer should keep the original packaging until the final purchase decision is made. The value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) will be credited to the Customer’s account as soon as the returned goods reach our warehouse and are checked. Before returning the product, the Customer must notify us in advance of the intention to return it by e-mail to shop@zieta.pl or via the contact form at zieta.pl/returns

06 Warranty
The warranty period is 2 years and begins on the day you receive the goods. We will consider a complaint within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery to Zieta Prozessdesign. This return policy applies only to goods that are within the warranty period and used in accordance with the instructions for use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from use of the product, such as scuffs or scratches on the surface of the product. Raw steel lacquered products are designed to have an industrial look and therefore may have minor scratches or rust stains on the surface under the lacquer, and this is not covered by the warranty. Raw products, i.e. unprotected with varnish, may over time undergo discoloration or changes on the surface, which is in the nature of the product (e.g. products from the “HEAT” collection or “Raw” products), and this is not subject to warranty or complaint. Please make a conscious choice of these types of products. If you need to return the goods, please inform us as soon as possible via e-mail: shop@zieta.pl or via the zieta.pl/en/returns form; otherwise the complaint will not be considered.

07 Customization
Zieta offers the possibility of personalizing the product with a selected RAL colour, a mixture of varnishes or engraving. Personalized products in the offer also include G-Table, as well as unique items or reproductions of unique items. A personalized product is not subject to the right of return (withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase or receiving), but is subject to warranty. We reserve the right not to accept a personalized order.
