What are the acceptable payment methods? ↓
The payment provider is the trusted international company Przelewy24. It offers quick transfers, payment by Visa/Maestro card, use of Google or Apple digital wallets, BLIK, or traditional bank transfer. Payment link is viable to open for 30 days and 24 hours after first payment try.

- If your preferred payment method is not shown in the payment options, please contact us and we may be able to help. The safest method will be to make a bank transfer with the order number in the description of the transfer.
- You will find the order number in the customer profile (if you are registered on our site) or in the email confirmation.
Will I be notified of the order status? ↓
- Yes. Apart from confirmation from your bank, you will receive several notifications from us: transaction summary, acceptance of the order, confirmation of production or readiness for shipment, and the tracking number for the shipment.

I have made my purchase, but can I now make changes? ↓

Will I receive information about the planned production of the order? ↓
In the future this information will be provided by email. Currently we request that you inquire with the customer service representative for your country (or displayed in the customer account) about the estimated production time, providing the order number.
Can I buy products locally? ↓
In “Where to find us” you can check whether there is a store, salon or online shop near you. If our partners have the product you are interested in, we encourage you to buy it directly from them. Then you will probably pay less for shipping and will support local business.
Is the price given on the website the final price (containing fees for shipping, and import duties in the case of foreign shipments)? ↓
- Default prices are gross without shipping. This may change at checkout, depends on the destination or VAT number.
- The price on the page for retail customers from the EU includes taxes, but without shipping costs.
- For shipments to countries outside the EU, or to a company in the EU, the price does not include tax or shipping.
- In the case of delivery within Poland, the price includes VAT (for both retail and corporate customers), but excludes shipping costs.

Products
Are the product photos realistic? ↓
- The photos we use are intended to provide a fair visual impression. We make all efforts to assure that the colours are close to real life, but the accuracy of how the colours are displayed can be affected by the monitor settings and the lighting conditions under which the page is viewed. It should also be borne in mind that products made of polished stainless steel reflect the colours of the surroundings, which affects how they are perceived visually. We also suggest assessing the dimensions of the product not based on the photo, but based on the stated dimensions. The option of virtual placement of the product in space using your phone or tablet is only impressionistic, and is not a basis for assessing the actual dimensions.
- The manufacturing process can also cause slight variations between products (e.g. form, colour, structure). This makes every product unique.

- Products currently manufactured and sold by us via the website display a price or a button for inquiries. Products that have been taken out of production may still be available at our partners, and we suggest buying from them.
- Some products are manufactured to order and do not appear in our current offer. We suggest that you contact us or read more in the section “Customization” or the tab “Custom orders.”
- Some products were or are limited. Once we reach that limit, we do not manufacture more of the exact same product.
How much does this product weigh? ↓

Can I download the product cards? ↓
- Yes, they are available on the product tab in the section with files for download, and in the “download centre.”
What material should I choose for the product, and how do they differ? ↓
- For some products, we offer a choice of the material from which they are made. Powder-coated products are made of durable black steel. Products with a mirror or brushed finish are made of stainless and acid-resistant steel (Inox). Their weight is similar. Products made of copper are protected by a colourless lacquer to slow the oxidation process. Products made of copper are exclusively decorative. The lightest, but also more expensive due to the price of the material and the technological process, are aluminium items.
- Raw items, unprotected by any coating, underdo natural aging, and are chosen chiefly for this effect (e.g. raw steel, items from the Heat collection, raw copper, raw aluminium). Their colour and structure will change over time—please make a conscious choice of this type of product.
- In the case of tabletops or leather finishing, exact information on the type of material used is found on the product card.
Can your products be used outside? Will they corrode or rust? ↓
- By default, our items are intended for use in interior spaces under normal conditions. For spaces with high humidity we recommend products from stainless steel (Inox) or aluminium (e.g. for bathrooms).
- Products made of powder-coated black steel may begin to corrode if the coating is damaged.
- Raw (unlacquered) products are expected to undergo slow aging, and thus natural changes may occur on their surfaces (patination, corrosion, discolouration). This applies for example to uncovered seating, or the Heat collection.
Do you offer your products in other colours beyond those presented on the website? ↓
The options for customization are described in detail in the “Customization” section or the tab “Custom order.”
What materials are the non-metal parts made of? ↓
Depending on the product, it may be rubber, silicon, plastic, felt, leather, stone, concrete, glass or wood. We try to use the fewest non-natural elements required for the functioning of the product. We select all materials first and foremost based on quality.
What does it mean when you say that your products are unique? ↓
- Use of our proprietary FiDU manufacturing process enables creation of atypical metal forms, which are both light and durable and which cannot be achieved in other technologies while maintaining the same characteristics.
- Most of our items have the unpredictable form of folds on the surface, at intended places, which we call the “controlled loss of control.” This is a unique method for repeated creation of uniqueness in each product, while maintaining the product’s essence and intended use.
Can I buy the whole table? Why do you offer only the table construction? ↓
- The tabletop is a highly personal item, typically tailored to the interior. At this stage, apart from selected models, we offer ready constructions without specific tabletops.
- We can propose a suitable, high-quality concrete, wood, stone or glass tabletop in cooperation with our tested partners, as well as a tailored table construction. To this end, please contact us by email, indicating the desired construction and a brief description of the place where you intend to use it.
Why doesn’t the G-Table have a price? ↓
The designs for G-Tables are generated based on parameters obtained from discussions with the customer. They are produced on a completely individual basis to meet the specific needs of the customer and the intended location. We don’t produce exactly the same G-Tables, but guide the customer through the process of jointly creating the item to harmonize with its space.
How can I check what material my product is made of? ↓
The quickest check is to use a magnet. The magnet should stick to black steel, even painted. The magnet will not stick to aluminium, stainless steel, copper or plastic.
Delivery & shipping
Do you ship to my country? ↓
- Generally we ship worldwide, but not all countries in our online shop have delivery prices. If you want delivery outside the EU,* you will be asked to submit a request for a shipping price at checkout. We will calculate it as quickly as possible and ask you to accept or decline it. The price depends on the type of product, its dimensions and weight, packaging, mode of transportation etc.
- *Delivery prices are fixed for the EU, Switzerland, the UK and Norway.
- Due to the current situation, we do not ship directly to the Russian Federation or Belarus.

How much does shipment cost? ↓
- The overall shipping price for ordered products within the EU* will be shown at checkout. We use only courier/forwarding companies.
- Boxing and shipping for heavy/oversize products or custom products like G-Tables is always estimated individually, even for EU countries.
- Shipping prices outside of the EU will be estimated individually and presented for your acceptance.
- Delivery can be cheaper if you order from a seller within your country or a neighbouring country. You can find our partners under “Where to find us.”
Why is there no shipping price for my country? ↓
At checkout you may see the option “Ask for a shipping calculation” for various reasons: your country is outside of the EU,* or you want to buy an oversize or custom product. Then we will have to estimate crating costs or shipping costs.
How long does delivery take? ↓
- It depends on the product availability, destination, and overall speed of the courier or forwarding company.
- If your ordered product is in stock and the chosen destination is within the EU,* delivery should be within 3–5 business days.
- If the product is in stock, the exact information will appear on the product page and in the shopping cart.
- For countries outside of the EU, delivery can take up to 30 days, all due to local procedures and transportation type.
- If a product has to be produced (is not in stock), you have to add a few weeks to the overall lead time (4–12 weeks depending on the product).
- We recommend checking “Where to find us” for our partners near you or your shipping destination.
How much are customs duties and import taxes? ↓
Zieta does not make arrangements nor cover import duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for paying them. Please reach out to your local customs broker.
What shipping box do you use? ↓
We use standardized recycled cardboard for boxing. Bigger or heavier products are crated.
The box arrived damaged. What should I do? ↓
If you receive a damaged parcel, you should sign a damage report in the presence of the courier/supplier and take photos of the damage to the parcel. Then send us the pictures, the order number, and a description of the issue. If you do not follow these guidelines, the complaint over delivery of goods damaged by the carrier will be rejected.
How do you deliver tables? ↓
All tables are crated for delivery. As the crate is usually big and heavy, you may need some extra helping hands.
What if I don’t pick up the shipment? ↓
A shipment undelivered for any reason will wait for a few days at the forwarder’s local depot to finalize delivery. If delivery is not completed, the shipment will be returned to Zieta. The buyer will be charged with the cost of a new delivery.
Can I buy the product locally? ↓
At “Where to find us” you can check whether there is a store, salon or online shop near you. If our partners have the product you want, we encourage you to purchase it directly from them. You will probably pay less for shipping and also support local business.

Unboxing & maintenance
The package has arrived—first steps ↓
- Examine the packaging carefully in the presence of the courier to see if it is damaged.
- Most of our products are highly polished. We advise handling them with soft gloves to protect the product from scratching and smudging.
- When you open the package, examine the contents carefully. Installation elements,* instructions, and the warranty should be included.
- Don’t throw out the packaging and protection. We particularly advise retaining the packaging in the form of crates.
- Read the instructions.
The package is missing installation elements. What should I do? ↓
Check the packaging again, and don’t throw it out right away. If the installation elements are truly missing, contact us and send us a photo of the warranty card and the label on the package.

What is the best way to install the product? ↓
The instructions should be enclosed with the packaging. The instructions can also be downloaded from the Download Centre. We suggest using soft gloves when installing the product, to avoid scratching the surface.
What is the best way to clean the product? ↓

Scratches or changes in the surface have appeared on the product. What should I do? ↓
- The appearance of small scratches on highly polished products is a natural process. Slight scratches can be polished out. We recommend that you use a professional service for this purpose.
- The appearance of discolouration or rust on raw, industrial products, such as items from the Heat, Copper and Raw collections, is a natural process of the aging of these products, and is a desired effect. We suggest doing nothing about it, apart from admiring it, or perhaps taking photographic documentation of this phenomenon for your own collection.
Can your mirrors be freely hung in any position (horizontally/vertically)? ↓
The mirror may be rotated at any angle. We suggest mounting it according to the enclosed instructions or the diagram enclosed with Constellations. The diagram can also be downloaded at the tab CONSTELLATIONS or DOWNLOAD CENTRE.
Where to find us
Can I visit your place? ↓
Right now our studio and production facility are not open for tours or unplanned visits. We don’t sell at our studio office right now.
Where can I see or touch your products? ↓
At “Where to find us” you can find galleries, museums or local sellers with our products. At temporary exhibitions or trade fairs we show a wide variety of our products, so those are the best places to visit.

Can I commission execution of a design for a unique product? ↓
- Yes, Zieta Studio carries out a broad range of business projects. Our designers can create both the product concept itself, reflecting the manufacturing requirements, supplementing this with the DNA of the Zieta brand, and also create a unique product in the FiDU technology on an exclusive basis.

Is a barter relationship possible? ↓
Yes, with respect to media activities or one-time business campaigns.
Are you open to cooperation with influencers? ↓

What shipping box do you use? ↓
We use standardized recycled cardboard for boxing. Bigger or heavier products are crated.
The box arrived damaged. What should I do? ↓
If you receive a damaged parcel, you should sign a damage report in the presence of the courier/supplier and take photos of the damage to the parcel. Then send us the pictures, the order number, and a description of the issue. If you do not follow these guidelines, the complaint over delivery of goods damaged by the carrier will be rejected.
How do you deliver tables? ↓
All tables are crated for delivery. As the crate is usually big and heavy, you may need some extra helping hands.
What if I don’t pick up the shipment? ↓
A shipment undelivered for any reason will wait for a few days at the forwarder’s local depot to finalize delivery. If delivery is not completed, the shipment will be returned to Zieta. The buyer will be charged with the cost of a new delivery.
Can I buy the product locally? ↓
At “Where to find us” you can check whether there is a store, salon or online shop near you. If our partners have the product you want, we encourage you to purchase it directly from them. You will probably pay less for shipping and also support local business.

The package has arrived—first steps ↓
- Examine the packaging carefully in the presence of the courier to see if it is damaged.
- Most of our products are highly polished. We advise handling them with soft gloves to protect the product from scratching and smudging.
- When you open the package, examine the contents carefully. Installation elements,* instructions, and the warranty should be included.
- Don’t throw out the packaging and protection. We particularly advise retaining the packaging in the form of crates.

Check the packaging again, and don’t throw it out right away. If the installation elements are truly missing, contact us and send us a photo of the warranty card and the label on the package.

What is the best way to install the product? ↓
The instructions should be enclosed with the packaging. The instructions can also be downloaded from the Download Centre. We suggest using soft gloves when installing the product, to avoid scratching the surface.
What is the best way to clean the product? ↓

Scratches or changes in the surface have appeared on the product. What should I do? ↓
- The appearance of small scratches on highly polished products is a natural process. Slight scratches can be polished out. We recommend that you use a professional service for this purpose.
- The appearance of discolouration or rust on raw, industrial products, such as items from the Heat, Copper and Raw collections, is a natural process of the aging of these products, and is a desired effect. We suggest doing nothing about it, apart from admiring it, or perhaps taking photographic documentation of this phenomenon for your own collection.
Can your mirrors be freely hung in any position (horizontally/vertically)? ↓
The mirror may be rotated at any angle. We suggest mounting it according to the enclosed instructions or the diagram enclosed with Constellations. The diagram can also be downloaded at the tab CONSTELLATIONS or DOWNLOAD CENTRE.

Right now our studio and production facility are not open for tours or unplanned visits. We don’t sell at our studio office right now.

At “Where to find us” you can find galleries, museums or local sellers with our products. At temporary exhibitions or trade fairs we show a wide variety of our products, so those are the best places to visit.

- Yes, Zieta Studio carries out a broad range of business projects. Our designers can create both the product concept itself, reflecting the manufacturing requirements, supplementing this with the DNA of the Zieta brand, and also create a unique product in the FiDU technology on an exclusive basis.

We can propose a suitable, high-quality concrete, wood, stone or glass tabletop in cooperation with our tested partners, as well as a tailored table construction. Customization of G-Tables ↓
The designs for G-Tables are generated based on parameters obtained from discussions with the customer. They are produced on a completely individual basis to meet the specific needs of the customer and the intended location. We don’t produce exactly the same G-Tables, but guide the customer through the process of jointly creating the item to harmonize with its space.
