FiDU Technology

WLNY-TV

Foundation for the future

The essence of Zieta Studio’s success lies in the advanced FiDU steel deformation technology. Years of material research, initiated by Oskar Zięta during his doctoral studies at ETH Zurich, are now synonymous with future-oriented technology.

We had the pleasure of being part of the American series Europe ByDesign. Thanks to this collaboration, Zieta Studio’s story is aired on 22 CBS-owned local TV stations across the USA and is available online at Europe By Design: Innovations!. The FiDU Technology appears in Episode 2 airing 28 July at 9.30 pm on WLNY-TV (CBS affiliate in New York).

Each ByDesign edition runs affiliate Awards. One of the European’s special mentions sponsored by RØDE was the Reimagine Award - presented to one project with exemplary vision and imagination.

This year, the winner of the Reimagine Award was FiDU Technology
"This is an amazing product, that's going to revolutionize product design going forward. Essentially, they're redesigning the way you can actually look at the very flat structures and turn them into 3D forms. What I really like about this product is how they are using product design, working with designers to hold their material science research. This is very experimental at this stage, but it is going to set the foundation for the future."

Chief of Design in RØDE

One of the ByDesign presenters, Thomas J. Wong (a Design Partner at Ennead Architect in New York City and Shanghai) was delighted with sa with FiDU as Wrocław itself. We had a pleasant journey through the historical Old Town the NAWA pavillon neighborhood. Some parts of the shooting were done at Zieta Studio, and some scenes were captured during the Inflatables exhibition at Concordia Design.

American presence of Zieta Studio

Mid-2024 is abundant Zieta Studio USA presence. This spring, we were thrilled to rejoin the New York design scene with the 35th edition of ICFF, North America’s leading interior design trade show. Exploring the fusion of polished stainless steel with golden accents, embracing the “less is less” concept, and underscoring environmental responsibility.

The other American voyage is Zieta Studio's collaboration with the Bureau of Merchants, and joins the iconic luxury department Bergdorf Goodman Men’s Store. The store’s famed window displays have been fixtures on Fifth Avenue since the early 20th century.  This is our second collaboration with BG - last year Zieta objects were showcased in its Men’s Store window display and in May 2024 were presented in its interiors.
