Perception is everything. Playing with it can be the result of randomness or, as here, complex technological research. Our sensory processes constantly interpret the three-dimensional real world. They are the sum of experiences that defines color and emotion. This is how art is born.
Combining the beauty of reflections of polished steel with the perceptual depth of optical treatments - we present the halo.ZIETA concept. The exposition juxtaposes the RONDO and TAFLA objects designed by Oskar Zięta, with the interpretations of light illuminations by the Italian Mandalaki Design Studio. It is a story about technological possibilities in art and design. It is a narrative about deforming flat steel elements into 3D forms, optical instruments, design processes, and sensory perception. It is a dialogue of lights, metal, and curves– ready to be implemented in every space.
The exhibition can be viewed on two main display windows in the Renoma department store in Wrocław, Poland, to which we invite you.
